Christmas 2023

 It was just Sheri and I and Miranda and Tony home for Christmas.  Christmas in Kingman always has to include the radar hill tree.  It being church day it made for a peaceful Christmas.

 After Christmas we spent some time in Omaha.  We visited the SACS Museum, which was were the air nuclear defense for the United States was coordinated.  The museum also documented space exploration and different rockets.  It is about a half hour outside of Omaha to the west. A nuclear bomb

Red Rock Canyon: Spring Break 2024

 The most impressive thing about Red Rock Canyon is the panoramic red mountains.  We spent a nice at the campground, and then we had to drive to the actual canyon which is a few miles away.  The road through the canyon has paid entrance and there is an attempt to space the the cars so it doesn't get overly crowded.  There is a visitor center.  There is also an area of Indian Writing .
