Kingman Happenings: Kingman Route 66 Fest
Too much happening in Kingman today. There is the Route 66 rally, the Home and Garden Show and the Beale Theater Talent show . The car rally needs some support. It is at the Lewis Kingman Park. They were washed out today with a big rain and when I went by many vendors tents were closed. However it runs until 8 tonight so I am sure they will make a big recovery when the rain dies down. Mostly the decor was still up, and a few vendors open. There is a train and zip line--both not running when I was there. There were some cars lining Route 66, but they didn't have their hoods open and there were no very many old cars. The rock vendor was open and I purchased a crystal. platform for the zip-line
