Billy Wardle Happenings

 These are my views of the Veterans Parade in Kingman.  There were lost of Mustangs; Even more veterans on motorcycles.  Lots of flags.  It was a pretty good representation of the local veterans.  I was on the wrong side of the street for good pictures as taking into the sun.

 The Veterans Memorial is part of the Locomotive park between Beale Street and Andy Devine.  It is across the street from Metcalf Park, or the west end of the park but east of the Beale memorial.  It has a series of displays for different wars; but more importantly has displays which honoring each of the branches of the service.  There are areas to sit and meditate on the sacrifice of those who came before.
