Billy Wardle Happenings

 An annual tradition in South Bend is the Notre Dame screening to the movie " Rudy. "  It was cool being in Notre Dame Stadium.  The sign board even announced the score of the game.  Students were on the field, while local families sat in the stands.  I attended with Jeremy and his boys.

 I had a good time with Jeremy and the boys this summer.  Among other things we went to the movie a few times, including Despicable Me 4 and Inside Out 2.  We went swimming.  I went to a jazz pianist concert at the Lerner Theaters.  We saw the play "The Shoemaker and the Elves at a small theater in Michigan.  We went swimming in Mishawaka.  Went to a band concert.  There was a park there and the kids spent most of their time at the park and listened to the music from a distance.  Jeremy and I went to a rooftop concert at the library.  We went to the beach with Elizabeth.  Lastly we saw the musical Blood Brothers in reverse, the stage being only the front and then the auditorium.  We sat in the back stage area.  Of course the most enjoyable was spending time with the boys.  We went to ward Primary party.  Went to the Bristol library a lot.  I won a quilt in a raffle there.  And Roarke made cards for me....

 Jeremy and I went to the Legally Blonde musical while I was in Elkhart this summer.  We saw the musical at the Goshen Theater.  The story was familiar from the movie Legally Blonde with music.  I did not really find any of the music memorable.  I don't like the song "Omigod you Guys" because it uses the name of the Lord in vain, over and over.  The songs don't get much better.  However I really like "Ireland" where the hairdresser talks of her failed relationship, and her ex keeping the dog just out of spite.  With the song, "Legally Blond" I thought the music was going to get better.  However it quickly bounces back to using God's name in vane again, which I really don't like.

 For most of the time I was in Indiana the weather was cold and there were several snow storms.  It did warm a bit towards the end.  I took the kids to the Goshen Theater and we saw Moana 2 .  We also went to the Elkhart Theater in Bristol which is close to Jeremy's house.  We saw Alice in Wonderland presented by a children's theater.  I went to a musical by myself in Goshen.  It was called Bright Star which is written by Steve Martin and has lots of Bluegrass.  I enjoyed it.  I made it to Chicago Temple twice.  I took the boys for bowling and pizza on Martin Luther King Day.  I took pictures of a couple hearts but mostly stayed in for bad roads.  I meant to get a better picture of the boys. 

 Sheri traveled to Indiana to take these three handsome boys to the grandparent dance at their school.

Keepers of the Wild is on Route 66 in Valentine, AZ.  We took the opportunity to visit Keepers of the Wild whiles family was here for Thanksgiving.  Grandpa Scoresby went home early in the morning, but he has been there before.  Miranda and Tony also have been there before; but the others hadn't.  We had a good time.   The tour focused on the big cats because it was feeding time.  The feeders seemed to follow us along on the tour.  Consequently we have some pretty good pictures. emu Quincy strawberry tiger grandbabies tiger and his ball dingo or singing dog tigers lion leopard white tiger wolf
