Elkhart Tradition: Rise'n Roll
Rise'n Roll is an Amish donut shop. It is a place we always frequent at least once when we are in Elkhart. The donuts are very good albeit a bit more expensive. They do not maple bars. Instead they have caramel donuts, or caramel powdered sugar donuts. Many family members prefer the powdered sugar to the caramel frosting. They are about $17 a dozen.
