Lee Williams First Year Men's Volleyball 2024

Tony had a difficult decision this year.  He played volleyball in middle school; but his 8th grade year was cancelled for COVID.  Then we moved and Lee Williams did no have Men's Volleyball--so he took to tennis.  However this year Lee Williams offered volleyball; just the same season as tennis.  He tried to do both for the first of the year, gut concluded it was too hard and he decided to focus on volleyball.  He played J.V. and never went out.  On varsity he rarely went in.  he said he played back line at the tournament they went to in Phoenix.

Kingman Restaurant Review: Calicos

 I really like Calicos now that they have reopened.  To be honest I never ate there before the closed as we hadn't moved to Kingman.  I know they also had a temporary location but we never went their either.  I found the best thing at Calicos is the Friday clam chowder; delicious.  I also like the salad bar.  They always have something in the bar for dessert.  I enjoyed the salmon.  The ambience is pretty cool with desert vistas.

Beale Street Theater Ghost Walk Tour B

 Last night I ventured out on tour A, and returned tonight for tour B.  Both tours start in the same location behind the city building.  More details of the history check here .  However after that they take different routes while coming together for the Thriller Dance.  Tonight we walked down Fourth Street, passing several business where ghost stories were told.  We then turned and went down Beale Street to Fifth.  Along Beale a couple more ghost stories were related, one about smashing wine bottles, and the other an accident which took place in the old Miner Newspaper offices.  To this point the stories were all told by our guide who was accompanied by his assistant--father.   However after turning north on fifth street we were met by three ladies of the red light district.  The madam talked about her pet bird Polly who was given a proper burial because he was so well liked.  The "Rabbit Patch" is the name given to the Red Light district and was actually located where Locom
