Summer 2024 in Nebraska and Doorley Zoo

Traveling through to Elkart I was able to spend considerable time with Charity in Nebraska.  These trips of course included the zoo.  We also visited the Winter Quarter Visitor Center and the Kanesville Visitor Center.  It is always fun to spend time with the Halls.

Red Rock Canyon: Spring Break 2024

 The most impressive thing about Red Rock Canyon is the panoramic red mountains.  We spent a nice at the campground, and then we had to drive to the actual canyon which is a few miles away.  The road through the canyon has paid entrance and there is an attempt to space the the cars so it doesn't get overly crowded.  There is a visitor center.  There is also an area of Indian Writing .
