Ghost Walk 2024

For the ghost walk I mostly took pictures of re-enactors I know.  Some very interesting stories this year.  With the Chinese mafia murder they added an antique car in which the murderers arrived and drove off.    The Demkes and our neighbor told the story of the man who murdered his wife and then was hung and his head popped off.  This year we heard the story of a ghost at Brunswick Hotel from Paul David Placial and how the hotel was divided.

Kingman Restaurant Review: Calicos

 I really like Calicos now that they have reopened.  To be honest I never ate there before the closed as we hadn't moved to Kingman.  I know they also had a temporary location but we never went their either.  I found the best thing at Calicos is the Friday clam chowder; delicious.  I also like the salad bar.  They always have something in the bar for dessert.  I enjoyed the salmon.  The ambience is pretty cool with desert vistas. I visited while I was home alone and ordered prime rib.  It fed me for our or five meals and was very good.  This is the salad.
