 Taken from its name, Elkhart has many random hearts throughout the city as well as elk.  Here are just a few.




Also on the downtown island where the St. Joseph River goes around in two streams, there is a memorial to the constitution of the United States.

Red Rock Canyon: Spring Break 2024

 The most impressive thing about Red Rock Canyon is the panoramic red mountains.  We spent a nice at the campground, and then we had to drive to the actual canyon which is a few miles away.  The road through the canyon has paid entrance and there is an attempt to space the the cars so it doesn't get overly crowded.  There is a visitor center.  There is also an area of Indian Writing .
