Family Reunion July 2022

 We held the family reunion in Omaha this year whee we stayed at Charity's home or an RBNB that Sheri had arranged.  The reunion was marred by COVID this year.  Sheri tested positive which prompted Caleb and Natalia to no join us.  I also felt sick the first couple days but my test came back negative.

Zoo day was high lighted by the aquarium, baby elephants and the water feature.  Charity lives close to Doorly Zoo in Omaha.

Beach day was a lake in Iowa, Lake Manawa.  We drove all the way around it..

Red Rock Canyon: Spring Break 2024

 The most impressive thing about Red Rock Canyon is the panoramic red mountains.  We spent a nice at the campground, and then we had to drive to the actual canyon which is a few miles away.  The road through the canyon has paid entrance and there is an attempt to space the the cars so it doesn't get overly crowded.  There is a visitor center.  There is also an area of Indian Writing .
