Beale Theater Talent Fund Raiser
The aerial artist had to be the most impressive talent demonstrated at the Beale Theater talent show. She would twist herself up and then fall. She always had the and holding her after she untwisted. However they placed a mat under her just in case. There were several musical numbers--solo, duet and choir with solos. There was dancing--modern, ballet and jazz; and a piano number. I didn't catch pictures of every act. but here are my views. On the vocal side I enjoyed the cover of "She's a Woman" by Billy Joel.
There were a couple video presentations. I really enjoyed the video of the progress on the theater. The renovation really seems quite extensive, and expensive. I guess slow progress is being made. This video was more intensive than the one I saw on the website. There was another featuring the Broadway orchestra and cast for 1776 in New York encouraging donating to the arts.
