Billy Wardle Happenings

Chili's has long been a family mainstay.  Tony and Miranda love the chicken pasta while Sheri and I usually go for the fajitas.  I also get the burgers at times.  Their smash burger is great and on the less expensive menu..  This time I was in the mood for ribs.  They were delightful.  I got the full rack, and it literally fed me for four meals.  They fries were good fresh, but not so great reheated.  Tony had the volcano dessert.  They also have cheese cake and cookies with ice cream on top.   Still a family go to but a bit further now, although Papillion is only a few miles away.  (Actually in La Vista on 84th just north of Giles.)

Famous Dave's has a terrific smell when you enter the restaurant.  They have a varied menu but their mainstay are barbecue ribs.  I enjoyed them very much.  Their chili was also very good.  I also tried the catfish which was nice.  I wouldn't give this restaurant raving reviews, but they were nice.  A bit pricey, but I think ribs always are.
