Prickly Pear Blooms and other flowers

I really love prickly pear blooms.  I was very impatient this year waiting for them to bloom; but the finally have.

Red Rock Canyon: Spring Break 2024

 The most impressive thing about Red Rock Canyon is the panoramic red mountains.  We spent a nice at the campground, and then we had to drive to the actual canyon which is a few miles away.  The road through the canyon has paid entrance and there is an attempt to space the the cars so it doesn't get overly crowded.  There is a visitor center.  There is also an area of Indian Writing .
